Our factories are located in the Middle East and China, and they are subject to the same logistical and shipping delays that affect everyone in global manufacturing.
We are fully transparent about this: timelines are long, so plan accordingly. Current estimated delivery is up to 32 weeks from the date of your reservation.
You’ll receive a timeline update every month, and we’ll contact you as soon as your piece arrives in the US. At that point, we’ll email you the remaining balance for your piece, and your order ships once it’s paid.
How does ordering work?
You place your reservation and pay the amount today. The remaining balance is due when your piece arrives in the US.
How long will my order take?
Our current estimate is Up to 32 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, because production and shipping are out of our direct control.
Why does it take so long?
Our factories are in the Middle East and China, and each piece is made with an emphasis on quality over speed. Shipping and logistics delays can extend the timeline.
How will I know where my order is?
We email timeline updates every month. You’ll also hear from us when your piece lands in the US.
When do I pay the rest?
After your piece arrives in the US, we email you the remaining total, with a payment link. Your order ships once that’s paid. Payment is due within 7 days.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
We do NOT offer cancelations or refunds being that every piece is made-to-order.
What if my piece arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?
Email - customersupport@bloodandnothingelse.com within 10 of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. Expect extra duties or fees.
